Why Upgrade to 3.0 Shocks Instead of 2.5?
Enhanced Damping Force: The increased surface area of a larger piston delivers superior damping force.
Optimized Heat Management: The combination of a larger piston and increased oil volume ensures efficient heat dissipation.
Heightened Sensitivity: Experience improved responsiveness to minor bumps and road inconsistencies. The extensive surface area translates minute pressure variations into effective damping.
Advanced Tuning Capabilities: The expansive space in larger pistons allows for intricate valving and shim stacks, granting a broader spectrum of performance tuning.
Boosted Durability: Distributing stress over an expansive area, the larger piston minimizes wear, thus prolonging damper life.
Precision Fluid Control: The augmented area facilitates refined design possibilities for flow paths, such as channels, ports, or shims, enabling meticulous fluid flow control.
Key Features:
Refined Steel Bodies
Durable Cerakote Finish
Billet Aluminum Reservoirs for efficient cooling
Effortless adjustable preload, courtesy of dual-threaded shock bodies
PTFE Spherical Bearings
Robust Hardened Shock Shafts
High-quality Viton & HBNR Seals.
Shock Length Extended: 27.26"
Shock Length Compressed: 20.56
Shock Travel: 6.7" Valving Options if custom valving is requested: Please Choose from the following so we can better valve your shocks to your specific truck and application. 1. Do you run Sway bars? 2. Driving style A. Daily Driver + Light Offroad - Occasional Dirt Roads but your primary life is on the road. B. Daily Driver + Heavy Offroad - Mild Rocks and woops are your home but not to fast because you still need to drive home in it but want to have fun! C. Daily Drive + Overlander - Mild wheeling but supportive for heavy equipment loads and control. Slower suspension cycling but able to put in work. D. Heavy Offroad - Not afraid to push the vehicle to it limits and take the big hits at higher speeds. Fine for on road driving but stiffer and not as plush.
